However, I was not able to get paid for doing what I love until a few years later.  I am a creative director, graphic designer, brand specialist, creative thinker, and relationship builder.  Ironically, my bachelors degree is in music, but I’ve loved creating & marketing things ever since I was given an Apple IIe as a kid.  I am currently the Creative Director for Hasten Marketing in Kennesaw, Georgia. We provide creative direction, brand design/implementation, social media management, print design, and several other services. One of our specialties is rebranding clients both visually and from a narrative standpoint to maximize their reach potential.

Previously, I was the Lead Graphic Designer and Marketing Strategist at a large church near Atlanta that averages 6000+ people in attendance each week.  During my 6+ years there, I was a key catalyst in maintaining and advancing the brand of the church in the community and around the world, in addition to working to champion the vision of 30+ brands inside the church.  I am a people person and value the relationships built by collaborating. 

I love to create narratives and enjoy any opportunity to help craft a story, whether I’m behind the scenes writing, or in front of  the camera telling.  I live near Dallas, Texas,  so I’m a Cowboys fan and I typically choose Dr. Pepper over Coke...it’s just how I was raised. A few years ago, my wife and I sold our beautiful home, bought a 1977 Airstream Excella travel trailer and renovated it from the ground up. We then lived in the Airstream for an entire year and traveled around the United States with our four daughters, but that’s a story for another time!
